The Main Dances on Friday and Saturday Night will be held in this large facility. For those returning to Red, White and Blues, this is the location of the Friday and Saturday dances of last year’s event. Finding this place can be tricky. It is at the corner of Greenville Avenue and Walnut Hill, but is directly behind the hospital building on the southeast corner. The Main entrance is actually on Walnut Hill, just passed Gershwin’s restaurant.

Sons of Hermann Hall - 3414 Elm Street, Dallas, Tx
The original ‘Swing Palace in Dallas”, Sons of Herman is a wonderful old German Hall. The Workshops and the Sunday night dance will be held here. They have a great dance hall upstairs and a nice big bar area on the first floor. One of the class rooms is actually a converted bowling alley which still has the lanes clearly visible.

A note about PARKING: There is a small parking lot directly across the street from the Sons of Hermann Hall. This lot does not belong to the Sons of Hermann Hall and there will be a parking fee on some nights. You can park free on the un-metered portion of Elm street near the Hall and on some of the surrounding streets. Check the signs carefully!

If you park in a metered space anywhere in Deep Ellum, please remember that meters must be paid up to midnight SEVEN DAYS A WEEK. Unlike other areas, you must pay the meter every day of the week in the club district. Parking laws in Deep Ellum are strictly enforced. A few quarters are a lot cheaper than a parking ticket.
